How does Ghazzle escrow protect sellers from delivery refusal losses?
When a buyer completes checkout on Ghazzle, funds are pre-funded into Ghazzle Escrow via MTN Mobile Money, Telecel Cash, AT Money, or Visa/Mastercard. You only dispatch after payment verification is complete, completely eliminating delivery refusal losses and fake orders.
When and how are seller payouts disbursed?
Payouts are triggered automatically the moment the customer receives and inspects the item, confirming delivery with recipient OTP. Funds release instantly to your connected Mobile Money wallet or Ghana bank account.
What seller subscription plans are available on Ghazzle?
Ghazzle offers Basic (Free, up to 10 listings), Standard (GHS 49/mo, up to 50 listings, color variants, analytics), Premium (GHS 99/mo, unlimited listings, Product Sync API & JS embed), Auto Dealer (GHS 299/mo, 50 photos, VIN decode, full listing AI), and Real Estate (GHS 249/mo, 40 photos, Property CMS).
How do I pay for my seller subscription?
Subscriptions are billed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) via Paystack or Hubtel. You can pay using MTN Mobile Money, Telecel Cash, AT Money, or debit/credit card. You can also enable automatic monthly renewal with a saved card.
How does the Product Sync feature work?
Product Sync automatically mirrors products from your existing website to Ghazzle. You can embed our 1-line JavaScript snippet on your product pages to auto-detect Schema.org JSON-LD data, or make direct HTTP POST requests to POST /api/syndication/sync with your unique X-Api-Key.
What are the sync limits for Product Sync?
On the Premium plan, you can integrate 1 storefront with up to 100 listings synced per day. Specialist tiers (Auto Dealer and Real Estate) include unlimited daily product synchronizations.
How does delivery work on Ghazzle?
Ghazzle connects with 100+ verified delivery couriers across all 16 administrative regions of Ghana. When an escrow order is placed, a courier picks up the item, uploads photo proof of pickup, and delivers it with live status tracking.
What regions of Ghana are covered for delivery?
All 16 regions of Ghana are supported: Greater Accra, Ashanti, Western, Central, Eastern, Northern, Volta, Upper East, Upper West, Bono, Bono East, Ahafo, Oti, Savannah, North East, and Western North.
