How do Ghazzle subscription payments work?

Subscriptions are billed monthly in Ghana Cedis (GHS) via Paystack or Hubtel using MTN Mobile Money, Telecel Cash, AT Money, or Visa/Mastercard. You can enable automatic monthly renewal or renew manually each month.

What happens if I downgrade or cancel my plan?

When you downgrade or cancel, your active plan remains fully operational until the end of your paid billing period. At that date, your account transitions to the new tier.

How does the Product Sync feature work on the Premium plan?

Product Sync allows you to automatically mirror products from your existing website to Ghazzle. You can embed our 1-line JavaScript snippet on your product pages or send catalog updates via our REST API with your unique API key. Premium includes 1 store integration with up to 100 listings synced per day.

How does escrow protection protect sellers?

When a buyer places an order on Ghazzle, they pay upfront. The payment is held securely in Ghazzle Escrow before you dispatch. Once the buyer receives and confirms the item via recipient OTP, the funds are instantly released to your connected MoMo or Bank payout account. This completely eliminates delivery refusal losses.

Can I purchase listing credits or boosts separately?

Yes! Sellers on any tier can purchase listing credits and boosts (such as Featured Listing, Highlighted, Urgent, Bump, and Extra Photos) to increase buyer visibility.
